Stains, dirt and any substance that gets on the material should be removed promptly to avoid permanent soiling.
Use mild soapy water or products specifically recommended for vinyl fabrics/faux leather to clean and remove surface stains. Only use a white, damp cloth for cleaning.
For optimal care and cleaning, please read the following instructions and recommendations.
Cleaning after disinfection:
Rinse the area with clean water and then dry with a clean, lint-free cloth after using disinfectants and detergents to prevent dirt and contaminants from building up.
Stains, spills or soiling should be cleaned up immediately to avoid the possibility of permanent staining.
Use a mixture of liquid soap (pH neutral) and water or our coated fabric cleaning product to remove stains on the surface of the fabric.
Remove only with a damp white cloth. paints, strong cleaning agents, detergents,
Xylene-based, acetone, or ketone (MEK) solutions cause immediate damage and contribute to material deterioration.
The use of such cleaning products is at the risk of the owner.
Daily cleaning
- Clean the entire surface with a mixture of 1:9 liquid soap (pH neutral) and water. Do not use soap or cleaning solutions containing alcohol, ketones, xylene, acetates or solvents (mineral/white spirits).
- Completely remove excess detergent with a white, clean, damp cloth.
- Dry the surface.
Cleaning method to remove stubborn stains
- Step 1: Coffee, Juice, Red Wine, Sauces, Chocolate, Grease, Crayon and Sunscreen. Remove excess with a damp cloth. Clean with a 1:9 mixture of neutral liquid soap and water. Then rinse with clean water and dry.
- Step 2: Makeup. Use a direct application of neutral PH soap. Wipe clean with a clean white cloth or soft brush. Then rinse with clean water and dry.
- Step 3: Blood, urine, feces and any other stubborn stains. Use a 1:10 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry.
NOTE:
To clean, use a soft white cotton cloth dampened with the recommended cleaning agent and rub the stain 10 times in a circular motion. Pat the stain dry with another soft white cotton cloth and check the result.
Do not use steel bristle brushes, scouring pads or metal as these will cause permanent damage to the fabric.
Methods 2 & 3 are not recommended for daily cleaning! After cleaning, rinse the area with clean water and then dry with a clean, lint-free cloth. Failure to remove chemical residues will result in discoloration of the coated fabric surface, which will manifest itself earlier in the product's life cycle.
